About StudioCDN
StudioCDN is a secure email delivery platform for media files and more. StudioCDN enables users to upload any number and type of files and deliver secure links and RIAA certified digital watermarked audio and video content to any number of email recipients all from behind a simple, point and click GUI and highly-intuitive email marketing editor.

The Recipient Experience - Email and Landing Page
Recipient Email - the package delivery emails sent to your recipients will arrive and be viewed as being sent directly from your email address. The emails you create within StudioCDN are sent as custom brandable HTML emails, your emails can be as simple or as extravagant as you wish.
Content Link - each of your emails will arrive to your recipient's inbox with a unique landing page hyperlink embedded into the body of the message. Clicking this link will redirect the recipient to the recipient landing page where they can accept the watermark and copyright agreement and interact with your content.
Recipient Landing Page - accessed through the Content Link from the Recipient Email, the StudioCDN landing page is a customizable, unique web-page where your recipients will interact with your content.
Accept - in-order to access your content, recipients must agree to the copyright and watermarking agreement. Details of the agreement can be found HERE
Stream Audio and Video Files - audio and video files can be streamed from the browser in the recipient landing page by first clicking on the file, and then pressing play from the player.
Download Files - Files designated for download can be saved to your local drive or to your Box account by clicking on the corresponding icon. Please Note: files tagged with the word STREAM are, “stream-only,” files and may only be played within the player from the recipient landing page.
Bulk Download - Files designated for download can be saved simultaneously using our, “Download All,” option available with supporting plugin from Chrome and FireFox. Native, “Download All,” support is available in Safari

User Accounts
Registration - For enterprise sales or to request a StudioCDN account license click here
Sign-in - To login to your account, navigate to http://StudioCDN.com and click on the Sign In button and input your registered email address followed by your password
User Account Management - To edit your account details, including your name, display name, phone number (second factor), and password, click the account icon, followed by the pencil icon on the manage account page. Once you are done editing your account details, click submit to save the changes
Packages
The packages page is where you will find all of your StudioCDN packages. The page can be filtered by:
All (default) - displays your active, draft, expired, scheduled, and archived packages
Active - displays your packages that are currently available for stream and / or download
Draft - displays your unsent packages that are saved as a work-in-progress
Expired - displays your packages that have been sent but are no longer unavailable
Scheduled - displays your packages that have been scheduled to be sent on a specific day and tie
Archive - displays non-draft packages that have been sent to the archives folder
Content Settings and Security
StudioCDN supports a number of content security options, you can configure these options on a per-package basis as well as modify some of these in your user preferences. There are two ways to view your content settings - basic (default) and detailed. While in basic view content settings highlighted in blue denote an active setting.
Watermark - StudioCDN is equipped with RIAA certified digital audio watermarking, a highly robust spread spectrum technology that embeds inaudible data throughout the file resulting in a trackable and traceable digital record. Watermarking is enabled by default for all new packages.
LinkLock - browser locking, locks the individual StudioCDN recipient landing page to the first device and browser from which the content is accessed. LinkLock is enabled by default for all new packages, this setting can be modified in your user preferences.
Forward - landing page forwarding option, when enabled allows recipients to forward content to another email address. Forwarded content is watermarked and tracked against the new recipient.
Expiration - applies to the duration the content is available, once past the designated expiration the recipient landing page will no longer be available for additional content streams or downloads
Schedule - let’s you specify the date and time you would like your package sent to your recipients.
Landing Page Details
The landing page details section provides an area to add content details and a project image. Anything entered into this section will be displayed on the recipient landing page
Project Image - square image, jpeg, png, 480 x 480 max
Content Details - artist name, project title
Email Editor
StudioCDN hosts a full-suite of HTML email composing and bulk delivery tools found in popular email clients in and email marketing software.
Standard and Advanced Editors - there are two email editors available from the platform: Advanced (default) and Standard. You can switch between these editors using the toggle in the package editor page or in your users preferences.
Advanced Editor - build a custom email to show off your project or brand with our no-code drag-and-drop email editor, or start with one of our free curated templates and edit it the way you like
Standard Editor - compose a quick message with images and links
Adding Contacts and Lists - add recipient email addresses from the, “To,” field by typing or bulk send to a list
Send-As - if you have proxy send rights you can select your sender email address in the, “From,” field
Uploading Assets
StudioCDN provides a robust file upload capability that can handle files of nearly any size and type. Files can be uploaded from your local asset store or, “cross-loaded,” from your cloud storage.
Local - drag & drop or click the, “Assets,” label to open and select your assets from your file explorer
MyLibrary - StudioCDN provides you with cloud storage where you can upload, organize, rename, and attach your assets to any StudioCDN draft delivery. Assets uploaded to MyLibrary are available in both StudioCDN and StudioCDN Locker
CloudConnect - Files stored in your OneDrive, DropBox, and Box accounts can be added to any StudioCDN draft delivery, simply click on CloudConnect and follow the instructions to login to your cloud-based storage
Contacts
StudioCDN makes it easy to send individually watermarked files to any number of contacts from in a single delivery. Start by crating a group in the, “Contacts,” tab and then import a list or add contacts individually
Add / Edit Contact Lists - there are two ways to add contacts to an existing group, manually or through our list import feature. To import a list of contacts, simply download and save your contacts to our StudioCDN Distribution List Template and then use the, “Import List,” option to import your contacts to your selected group. If you prefer to add contacts individually, you can do this through the, “Add Contact,” option from your selected group.
Shared Contact Lists - contacts lists located in your StudioCDN account can be shared with other StudioCDN users.
Sharing / Shared To - select a contact group and click the share icon to enter the StudioCDN user to which you would like to share your list. Repeat to share with additional users. To see and edit a list of users you’ve share your list with, click, “Shared To”
Shared with Me - contacts lists displayed in green denotes a list that has been shared with you
Templates
StudioCDN provides a repository of curated industry templates to help inspire your creativity. You can also save and share your own templates from any delivery.
Curated Templates - these are premium, royalty free templates provided to you at no charge. Load and customize these templates and then save and share them with your colleagues.
Shared Templates - you can share your template creations with your colleagues through the StudioCDN templates share option and update your designs live
Sharing - click on the, “Private,” templates option, and click the share icon to enter the StudioCDN user to which you would like to share your templates. To unshare a template, click on the share icon and then the history option to locate and remove a user from the share
Shared With Me - templates shared with me will appear in my, “Shared,” templates location.
Private Templates - any of your saved templates will appear in this section
MyLibrary
StudioCDN provides you with secure asset storage for fast access to your files from any StudioCDN draft or Locker playlist. To start uploading your files, click on the, “MyLibrary,” option.
Create Folders - to upload files to a folder, click on the, “Create Folder,” button to give your folder a name save your folder
Upload Assets - from root or any folder, click the, “Upload,” or, “CloudConnect,” options to import your files into, “MyLibrary”
Workgroups - workgroups allow you to share, “MyLibrary,” folders with other StudioCDN users as a central store of assets between multiple users. To get setup with, “Workgroups,” please reach out to StudioCDN support
User Preferences
From your user preferences, you can customize your default email, landing page and notification settings. Settings here will apply to all packages
Content Settings and Security options and expiration - toggle on or off default options for download, forward, and linklock options, or set your default expiration
Email - set a default subject, body, andsignature, and choose your favorite editor editor
Landing Page Customizations - set a custom color scheme and logo to be displayed on the recipient landing page
Notifications - show or hide StudioCDN in-app notices
Inbox
The StudioCDN inbox feature allows you to accept files sent to you from outside you cohort via. your StudioCDN account. Simply enter a name and company to create an inbox link, and then share that link with anyone who needs to send you files. When files have been uploaded you will receive an email notification that your files are ready for pickup
